As the year wraps up, I just want to say thank you to you – our students and assistant coaches – for your hard work and the trust you place in me and our training. Your effort, consistency, and positive attitude this year have been great to see.

Our martial arts progress comes from showing up and putting in the work, and you’ve all done that. Please enjoy a well-earned break with family and friends, stay safe, and come back refreshed.

I’m looking forward to training together again in the new year and pushing toward even higher goals.
