Punching Techniques

  1. Left jab
  2. Right cross
  3. Left hook
  4. Right uppercut
  5. Right overhand
  6. (Step) Left body rip
  7. (Switch) Right hook
  8. (Stamp) Left jab, uppercut
  9. (Switch) Right head punch (fake), Right body punch
  10. Superman punch

Kicking Techniques

  1. Step up left round
  2. Switch left push kick
  3. Right straight push kick
  4. Blitz right thigh kick
  5. Switch inside thigh kick
  6. Right rising rib kick
  7. (Check) Left teep
  8. (Check) Right leg kick
  9. Right jamb to knee (foot at 45 degrees)
  10. (Check) Right step across back kick

Elbow Techniques

  1. Left round
  2. Left jab
  3. Right round
  4. Right over/down elbow (12-6)
  5. Right 45 degree down, step around to left spinning elbow
  6. Left uppercut elbow
  7. Jumping downward elbow (12-6)
  8. Switch right reverse elbow
  9. Step through 45 degree elbow, reverse over elbow
  10. Step across double forearm, spin right back elbow

Knee Techniques

  1. Step up left knee
  2. Switch left high knee
  3. Right straight knee
  4. Right slapping knee
  5. (Step) Right jumping knee (a.k.a. knee bomb)
  6. (Switch) Left diagonal knee to ribs
  7. Right round knee to thigh
  8. (Step through) Left flying knee
  9. (Blitz) Right mid-section knee, (grapple) right head side knee
  10. (Check) Right jumping knee
