The pressure is on with just one week until Sempai Lars Eriksson grades for Black Belt and young William going for his Green Belt.

We had our last park training session yesterday (pictured), and Sempai Kit Kat spent some of class coaching Sempai Lars on the grade kata Seiinchin (Lull Before the Storm).

Kudos also to Josh Standfast taking William through his grade kata – Ido Kihon Waza, and the other three kata from his previous levels.
