For this class and future classes please bring the following items for personal use:
* hat, sunscreen, shoes, a water bottle, towel, and hand sanitiser
* hand guards, shin protectors, and mouthguard,
* Thai pads and/or Kick shields
Club-supplied hand sanitiser will be available as a back-up.
Social distancing to be maintained when not actively training in contact drills.
Shared equipment will only be used with an appropriate cleaning protocol between classes (or uses).
Avoid using the on-site bathrooms and toilets by going at home before training.
